I love to cook, but I don’t cook every day. Believe it or not, even a food snob like me needs to eat packaged food. I picked up this vacuum-packed vegetarian Indian food at the local halal carneceria, a box of “curried chick peas in a richly spiced hot sauce” for just $1.69. Incredibly tasty! Ask for it at your local interethnic store. Made by Ashoka.
