A hot fashion tip is to subscribe to the sales newsletters put out by a few stores you like to shop at; they'll show you a few new looks every week or month, and you can try to duplicate some with your existing wardrobe and think about a few new items that you could use. You can even pick stores that are too upscale for your pocketbook; the goal is to get exposed to new styles and get a specific idea of items you want to buy to get the look, not to buy the product from that store, necessarially.
