I almost bought a lensbaby a couple years ago. And then I had a hard time justifying it, since I could basically do the same thing in photoshop. At this point, since biking has all but killed my camera time, I think I would rather have a holga.

Yeah, as Jon Armstrong says, almost all things can be done in PS, it’s just a question of time: where’s the more efficient place for the individual artist to put that effort and processing? For me, athough I’m quite good with PS, I get the warm fuzzies by keeping my processing down and just getting it all in the initial shot. YMMV, obviously.
Susan has a Holga, and it takes cute pics, but I’ll admit I’d totally forgotten how difficult 120 film is compared to 35mm, handling-wise, if you’re processing your own. Still, if you’re thinking of going for some larger-format, 120 is not a bad place to start, there’s a lot of cheap gear out there.
